Gemma has been practicing and living the yogic lifestyle for over 20 years. As graduate of the SamYoga Institute of Columbus, Ohio, Gemma blends her knowledge of therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, and psychology with her background as a caregiver to offer a truly individualized experience.
